For more than 40 years, Oxford Global Resources has helped organizations solve complex business and technical challenges by connecting them with specialized expertise. We work across industries including technology, life sciences, engineering, and healthcare, providing services that range from individual staffing support to co-managed projects and fully managed programs.
Our work is built on understanding what each organization needs and bringing the right people and approach to the challenge. Behind that work are teams across Oxford who strengthen how we operate, support our people, and help us deliver for clients. If you’re looking for a place where your work connects to a larger purpose and has a visible impact, there’s an opportunity to do that here.
What We’re Looking For
Oxford Global Resources is growing its Healthcare IT presence, and this role sits at the center of that momentum. As a Healthcare IT Business Development Executive, you’ll take ownership of a defined book of hospital and health system accounts, building relationships with the COOs and IT leaders who are navigating complex technology decisions around EHR/EMR, RCM, and telehealth systems. You’ll partner closely with our product, clinical, and delivery teams to shape proposals that solve problems, not just check boxes.
This is a high-activity, relationship-driven seat. Healthcare IT is a busy, fast-moving space with no shortage of accounts that need attention, so the person who thrives here brings genuine hustle, self-direction, and a competitive drive to win new business, someone who wants to build a pipeline, not just manage one. We’ve seen healthcare recruiters make this jump successfully: if you understand the healthcare staffing or IT landscape and are ready to move into a sales-owned role, this could be the right next step.
