GTM / G&A Sourcer (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top GTM and G&A talent for one client at a time (Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, IT, People)

• Run deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates: LinkedIn and outside-the-box approaches

• Get embedded in your client's culture, both socially and professionally, not just their job description

• Partner with senior recruiters to provide top-of-funnel support

• Keep candidates in the loop and give them a genuinely good experience, even if they don't move forward

• Log sourcing activity and pipeline in Ashby so recruiters and clients always know where things stand

Requirements

• 2-3 years of non-technical recruiting sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sourcing skills, including expertise with Boolean

• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders

• Sharp organization and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for fintech, healthtech, or B2B infrastructure startups

• Experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS
