The Growth Systems Manager serves as the primary owner and administrator of the technology stack supporting admissions, business development, and marketing. This role is responsible for configuring workflows, managing integrations, and partnering with leadership to implement scalable technology solutions.
Position: Growth Systems Manager
Location: Remote in Colorado, Maryland, or Virginia | Other locations may be considered
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Annual Salary | Dependent on Candidate Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible Hours

Position Overview
The Growth Systems Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for the technology platforms that support Sandstone Care's Growth team including Admissions, Business Development, and Marketing. As a member of the Information Systems team, this role serves as the primary technology partner for Growth leaders, translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, client engagement, and census growth. This position owns the Growth technology stack, including CRM, contact center, marketing, engagement, and privacy platforms. The Growth Systems Manager will play a key role in major technology initiatives and implementations.
