We’re expanding our US footprint to help enterprises modernize and automate datacenters, migrate to cloud, virtualize / containerize network functions, and build resilient, secure AI and Agentic Platforms. This Growth Specialist will be our point of attack in the US ecosystem, working directly with our CRO, to support ecosystem engagement, new business development, opening net-new logos and growing strategic accounts across Datacenter, AI, Networking, and Security.
This is a full-time remote role based in the US. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, working on Business Development strategies, generating sales opportunities from events/conferences, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on customer success plans supported by modern tools. Key responsibilities involve driving content-driven campaigns, attending relevant conferences/events, meeting relevant prospects/clients, pursuing prioritized leads through the sales process supported by modern tools, and engaging with internal stakeholders to grow revenue.
As a part of the Growth team, you will be responsible for:
Position CodiLime services (AI-ready datacenter modernization & cloud migration, network automation, infrastructure design and build) by deeply listening to customer needs and expected ROI
Develop partner/economic buyers: engage product engineering leaders, sales leaders, CIO department stakeholders, procurement, and relevant partners to accelerate cycles ( partner/channel collaboration)
Identify Growth Opportunities in the US: build and convert a pipeline of relevant datacenter, networking, security vendors and enterprises by meeting with prospects in-person in relevant meetups, industry events, conferences
Run the full cycle: prospect, qualify, shape problems with solution architects/engineering leads, drive proposals/SOWs, negotiate MSAs, and close
Forecast with discipline: maintain accurate CRM hygiene, deal reviews, and predictable quarterly commits
Be the voice of the customer: relay market feedback to delivery and marketing to refine offers and collateral
Represent CodiLime locally: Collaborate with CodiLime colleagues and represent our mission, vision, values in the US
As a Business Development Manager you must meet the following criteria:
2-4 years of business development / sales in engineering services/consulting or complex solutions for technology industry; growth mindset; comfort selling to technical leaders
Working fluency with concepts in cloud, AI, networking, security—you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can discuss architectures and trade-offs
Relationship Builder: consistent track record of identifying / pursuing key stakeholders ( enterprises, partners) to source and progress sales pipeline in multi-stakeholder environments
Clear, persuasive communicator; comfortable presenting to stakeholders
Experience with growth hacking strategies and techniques to drive demand generation
Proven ability in modern marketing and sales tech
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and act on data insights for the tech industry
Solid project management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborating with sales and engineering
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Network or cloud vendor background, or prior experience
Familiarity with AI ecosystem
Existing US relationships that shorten the path to first meetings
Meetings with target ICPs and qualified opportunities opened per quarter
Sourced pipeline creation from US customers
Executive references from closed customer
A sharp, niche engineering bench across networking, cloud, and security that customers consistently cite as a differentiator
Offer portfolio spanning network virtualization & cloud migration, automation, infrastructure design/build, and environment modernization—gives you multiple “doors” into an account
