Bisonic is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our video game publishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and partnerships to drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize revenue for our games. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to increase user acquisition and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with partner communities and influencers within web3 to drive product integrations and cross-IP partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify target audience and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Optimize user acquisition funnels and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with product teams to identify and implement product improvements and features that contribute to user growth and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with data analytics team to measure and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for digital products, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing on influencer and KOL partnership agreements.
  • Experience managing IP partnerships and co-marketing arrangements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, display advertising, and mobile app stores.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for video games and understanding of the gaming industry.
