We're hiring a Growth & AI Marketing Manager to build the automated marketing systems behind our Enterprise and Mid-market growth motion. This is a hands-on builder role sitting in our growth marketing team, you'll use AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation, to replace manual research and campaign work with scalable systems. You'll report directly into Growth and partner closely with sales development, marketing, and international teams across EMEA and APAC to find revenue bottlenecks and ship the fixes yourself, rather than waiting on a dev or data team.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship automated outbound and ABM workflows: enrichment, personalized sequencing, intent-signal monitoring, and campaign orchestration for our SLG motion.

• Build and maintain lead scoring, ICP, and propensity models that identify which accounts and contacts are ready to buy, expand, or churn.

• Own our marketing data foundation: keep CRM and marketing automation records clean, deduplicated, and trustworthy across our Enterprise, Mid-market, and SMB segments so every downstream play works from good data.

• Automate seller and campaign operations, such as inbound lead routing, call-transcript-to-CRM updates, meeting-note drafting, and follow-up sequencing.

• Partner with sales development leadership to define and refine SQL criteria and lead scoring, and build the systems that enforce them automatically.

• Prototype new plays quickly (using Clay, AI agents, or similar tools), measure results against pipeline and SQL goals, and template/scale the ones that work across regions.

• Support international marketing needs across EMEA and APAC by adapting and localizing automated workflows for each region's data and buying signals.

• Build the account-tiering, intent-signal, and reporting infrastructure behind large-scale ABM programs: segmenting hundreds of accounts into tiers with different levels of personalization, and feeding tier progression and engagement back into Salesforce/BI dashboards.

• Evaluate and integrate third-party data, enrichment, and automation tools; make build-vs-buy calls on new vendors.

• Report on impact using outcomes-based metrics: meetings booked, hours saved, SQL/pipeline lift, and conversion rate improvements.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years in growth marketing, sales development, or a related operating role, with hands-on exposure to CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

• Demonstrated ability to build automations or workflows using tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar. You don't need a formal engineering background, but you learn new tools by tinkering.

• Working familiarity using AI tools (LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows) to solve business problems.

• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs for enterprise accounts, including working with tiered/segmented account lists and personalizing outreach at scale.

• Experience with intent-signal or sales-intelligence tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, 6sense, Warmly) and integrating their signals into CRM and outreach workflows.

• Strong commercial instincts: you evaluate every build by asking whether it helps someone close a deal or hit SQL/pipeline targets, not just whether it's technically interesting.

• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment, translating a vague growth problem into a scoped, shippable build.

• Excellent cross-functional communication — you'll work directly with sales development, growth marketing, and regional teams to identify problems and roll out solutions.

• An experimental mindset: you test hypotheses, measure results, and iterate rather than shipping "spray and pray" campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, or health-tech industry.

• Exposure to international/multi-region GTM operations (EMEA, APAC).

• Background in a company that has stood up a dedicated GTM engineering or growth systems function.
  

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -
