About the Role  

The Global Learning Programs Specialist drives operational efficiency and clarity across Veeam's sales enablement programs, supporting coordination, execution and success of enablement programs. This role owns the communication of enablement initiatives to the global revenue enablement and/or sales organization, provides access to the data and reporting that inform program decisions, and provides key stakeholders with timely, accurate insight into program performance and status updates. Success requires the ability to juggle multiple concurrent programs, own various aspects of reporting, and execute tactically and efficiently in a fast-moving, global environment across key initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan communications for enablement programs and events (e.g. launches, program updates, enablement events-VL) ensuring consistent, clear messaging to the revenue enablement partners and/or the global sales organization.
  • Provide access to data reporting elements for enablement programs, including maintaining dashboards, tracking participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics.
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports, program summaries, resources, and insights to key stakeholders, including sales leadership, program owners, and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with sales leadership, enablement program owners, and marketing/ops teams to understand reporting needs and translate data into actionable insight.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that streamline enablement program operations and reduce manual work, including standardized templates and playbooks.
  • Manage multiple concurrent enablement programs and projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, end-to-end communications, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Execute day-to-day tactical operations supporting enablement programs, including scheduling, content coordination, Sana assignments, attendance, logistics, procurement, and tool administration.
  • Regularly collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent rollout, messaging, monitoring, and adoption of enablement programs across geographies.
  • Utilizes AI platforms for automation and efficiency of communications, data, and enablement event logistics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, program/project management, or a related role, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Sana platforms) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in support of a global sales organization.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
