Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Proactively manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients through to ongoing engagement and retention strategies within the Customer Support Services environment.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and actively seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery standards and the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical support, and operations to advocate for customer needs and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and account activities using CRM software and internal support tools.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, contributing to broader commercial objectives while ensuring the customer remains at the centre of every engagement.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, industry developments, and best practices in Customer Support Services to provide informed and confident assistance to all German-speaking clients.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with German-speaking customers on a daily basis.
  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer success, customer support, or client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers and resolving challenges in a professional and composed manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, helpdesk tools, and digital communication systems; strong general computer literacy is required.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.
