The role involves owning the early sales motion from prospecting to closing for healthcare and emergency services billing organizations. You will develop outreach strategies, conduct product demos, and provide customer feedback to the product team.
As the first go-to-market hire, you will own the early sales motion from prospecting through closing and work closely with the founding team. Your work will help establish a repeatable sales process serving healthcare and emergency services billing organizations.
Prospect and call emergency medical services agencies, fire departments, and billing offices to qualify leads and book product demos.
Develop and refine outreach messaging and sales sequences using feedback from the market.
Take on product demos and deal closing as the sales motion grows.
Build relationships with decision-makers and share customer insights to inform product development and positioning.
One to three years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
Comfort with cold outreach, rejection, and quickly adapting messaging.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivation, independence, and an interest in healthcare operations, emergency services, or billing workflows.
Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United States, with flexibility across Central or Eastern time zones.
