Job Summary
We are searching for a Remote Insurance Agent / Enrollment Manager who is driven by a desire to serve others and inspired to lead. This role combines the client-focused responsibilities of an insurance agent with the empowering work of a team supervisor, ensuring that you thrive in your own sales career while guiding and uplifting a remote team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Insurance Agent Duties • Cultivate meaningful connections by networking, seeking referrals, and engaging in responsible online marketing. • Listen attentively to clients to understand their needs, then offer tailored solutions (Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Business) designed to protect their future. • Handle applications, renewals, and policy changes with accuracy and care. • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and product innovations. • Provide compassionate, ongoing service and maintain relationships that last.

Enrollment Manager / Leadership Duties • Recruit, mentor, and support a diverse team of remote licensed agents. • Track performance metrics and use collaborative strategies to help team members surpass their goals. • Cultivate a supportive, growth-oriented environment that highlights trust, transparency, and camaraderie. • Guide new agents through onboarding, licensing, and structured training programs. • Work alongside leadership to develop strategies that benefit both our clients and our team.

Qualifications 
Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) required. • Experience in leadership or supervision strongly preferred (insurance or sales backgrounds are welcome). • Driven by integrity, empathy, and a commitment to helping others. • Skilled communicator and mentor who thrives in remote, technology-based settings (Zoom, CRM tools, Google Suite). • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
