We are seeking a FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager, to lead the Grant Programmatic and Technical Services (GPATS) BPA. This project will support FEMA’s initiatives by ensuring that the Government has immediate access to services required for the management, development, deployment, assessment and operation of grants business processes. This is a full-time, remote position, working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

So, what will the FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager at Terrestris do?

The FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager will be a key personnel position for the FEMA GPATS BPA contract. The BPA Project Manager serves as the primary interface with the FEMA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and is responsible for overall contract execution, quality assurance and quality control, schedule management, and timely submission of all required contract deliverables. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What does a typical day look like for a FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager?

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the FEMA CO and COR.
  • Manage contract performance by maintaining quality assurance, quality control, schedules, and overall program execution.
  • Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and level-of-effort estimates.
  • Coordinate Order staffing by assigning qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other key personnel to meet Order requirements.
  • Coordinate contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities to ensure timely and compliant performance.
  • Prepare and submit required contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation in accordance with BPA requirements.
  • Conduct monthly progress reviews with the COR and communicate contract status, accomplishments, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Respond promptly to COR requests for discussion or resolution to project concerns/technical problems within two hours of notification.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any Government-required facility access, credentials, or suitability determinations necessary to support BPA Orders.
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years recent and relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
