As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Family Experience, you will spearhead UNIFI's marketing and patient engagement initiatives to increase brand visibility, ensure patient satisfaction, and help us achieve our mission of supporting more families impacted by autism. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop and execute strategies that elevate our brand, engage our audience, attract and retain patients and talent. This critical leadership role will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with autism.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our autism healthcare services, attract new patients, staff, and potential healthcare system partners interested in an integrated autism care model.
  • Oversee the full life cycle of marketing campaigns from initial planning through launch and completion.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and technologies to identify opportunities.
  • Present reports on marketing metrics to senior leadership
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences and events
  • All other marketing related tasks as required by the CEO.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience across all touchpoints, from initial contact through ongoing care, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey for families impacted by autism.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to gather patient feedback, analyze satisfaction metrics, and implement improvements that align with UNIFI's commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Work Environment

The Executive VP of Marketing and Family Experience position is primarily remote. They will be required to occasionally work at UNIFI therapy clinics for implementing training, supporting Training Department team members, and collaborating with clinical staff.

While performing the duties of the position, the Executive VP of Marketing and Family Experience must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and talk and hear (both in-person and by telephone). The employee may occasionally lift and carry marketing materials and booth displays up to 20 pounds.

Travel

The Executive VP of Marketing and Family Experience will occasionally travel to UNIFI clinics for training sessions and meetings. There will also be occasional travel for conferences and professional development training. Travel expenses will be paid for by UNIFI and mileage can be expensed.
