Your daily activities

  • Supporting B2B partners via e-mail, phone, and chat
  • Following a structured daily workflow and ensuring timely reporting of assigned tasks
  • Organizing and prioritizing responsibilities with independence and accountability
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide effective solutions
  • Using customer and partner feedback to suggest improvements in processes and services

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with customers and partners across multiple channels
  • Complete daily reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
  • Contribute to partner satisfaction and smooth operations

Requirements
