A day in the life:

  • The eCommerce Manager will be a new position within one of our partners. You will be responsible for their Shopify Plus store, ensuring a best-in-class user experience while delivering on the company mission of making clinical treatments affordable and accessible to everyone. At the moment one of our partner’s co-founders is juggling this role amongst many others so you will bring much needed structure and professionalism to the role and allow the co-founder to continue developing innovative products in line with our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly and best-in-class shopping experience
  • Continuously improve website design, functionality, and performance to increase conversion rate and contribution margin
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, Marketing and Customer Success teams to manage the product catalogue, ensure smooth product launches and other marketing campaigns, updated product information and inventory stock levels
  • Manage a small team of Shopify developers, designers and external agencies who assist with landing page design, implementation and general maintenance
  • Research and integrate and manage Shopify apps that align with the business objectives while providing cross-functional team support and training if necessary
  • Align with marketing team and effectively execute promotions activities that deliver net sales growth
  • Analyze Shopify data and monitor store performance, while understanding customer behavior to help inform decisions for improvements
  • Provide technical support for the team, troubleshooting issues and liaising with Shopify support when necessary

Role Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, theme customization and app integrations
  • Experience with leading a small team in a similar role
  • Strong planning and time management skills with attention to detail
  • You are confident giving direction and following up on tasks
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also bringing structure
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with Shopify Plus
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Clickup or Monday
  • ERP integration experience a plus
