Documentum Specialist

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Documentum Specialist on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Documentum platforms and ensuring of the ongoing service during business hours globally.
  

• Installation of new OpenText products like Intelligent Capture, Documentum Sharepoint/Teams Connector, Brava, Blazon etc.
  

• Installation, rollout, development, and documentation of new features.
  

• Perform continuously upgrade and patches to keep the Documentum environments up to date, at least 1 upgrade per year to a new OpenText Documentum version (BASF internal evergreen activities)
  

• Design cloud architecture for Microsoft Azure and 21Vianet and advise on security requirements.
  

• Monitoring of releases/hotfixes and quality of the documentation including status of the tests.
  

• Support of (global) projects on the On-Premises and Cloud platforms.
  

• Planning, preparation, and maintenance of releases in tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
  

• Migration of data from and to Documentum (import and export) via FME Migration Center or other tools.
  

• Building of D2 and Webtop client packages for major, minor or hotfix version changes and coordination of the rollout to the end users.
  

• Migrate or rebuild Webtop applications and custom functionality in Documentum D2.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Minimum 6 to 10 years experience running and upgrading successful Documentum middleware.
  

• Documentum platform version 23.4 and newer
  

• Composer / Headless Composer
  

• Documentum Server, CS, OTDS, ADTS/CTS, xPlore, DFC, DFS, DQL and Java server methods
  

• Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML and JSON
  

• Oracle & PostgreSQL
  

• Windows OS, Linux OS
  

• Apache Tomcat
  

• MS EntraID, LDAP, AD, DNS & certificates
  

• Microsoft Azure and 21Vianet
  

• Requirements Engineering
