Director, Product Management (Manufacturing Vertical)

Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, seasoned, and entrepreneurial product leader to shape the future of Seismic’s manufacturing solutions. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this leader will define and drive a product vision that transforms how manufacturing organizations enable their workforces, connect critical workflows, and drive business performance. Combining a startup mentality with the ability to execute at enterprise scale, this role will turn complex industry challenges into differentiated, market-leading product solutions. 

Who you are:

• Significant Domain Experience: 10+ years of experience building enterprise software products and collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver stellar customer-centric product experiences. This should include significant experience developing solutions for complex industries, ideally manufacturing, industrial, or other frontline-focused environments. 

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with modern enterprise software platforms, manufacturing technology ecosystems, and industry best practices for delivering scalable, integrated product solutions. Experience with manufacturing systems, workflows, and technologies is highly valued. 

• AI Knowledge: Experience with AI and machine learning applications in enterprise products to unlock intelligent automation, recommendations, and AI-enabled solutions that drive customer value and operational efficiencies. 

• Strong Business Acumen: Understanding of and dedication to ensuring the product portfolio helps Seismic and its customers achieve their business strategies and goals, with the ability to translate industry challenges into compelling product opportunities. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business or executive audiences and effectively engage with customers and industry leaders. 

• SaaS Product Management: Experience successfully building, managing, and collaborating with other teams in the pursuit of a unified SaaS platform experience. 

What you'll be doing:

• Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Seismic’s manufacturing product portfolio, delivering solutions that address the evolving needs and challenges of the manufacturing industry. 

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with application product teams to deliver critical, contextual solutions that support manufacturing workflows, enable frontline employees, and improve productivity across manufacturing organizations. 

• Leverage AI for Innovation: Work closely with AI/ML and personalization teams, utilizing advanced AI techniques to unlock intelligent recommendations, automation, and insights that help manufacturing customers optimize processes and make better business decisions. 

• Drive Industry Solutions: Collaborate with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify key manufacturing challenges, translate industry requirements into scalable product capabilities, and deliver solutions that create meaningful business impact across the broader manufacturing ecosystem.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $200,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr.This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
