As part of our continued investment in the sales organization, we are adding a Director of Sales for our eastern territories to lead regional teams and enhance execution across key markets. This is a remote leadership role with travel requirements, focused on coaching, developing, and driving performance across a team of Regional Sales Managers. If you excel at bringing structure to a complex sales environment, enforcing pipeline discipline, and leading through change, this is your opportunity to make a high-impact mark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across territories Drive forecasting accuracy, Salesforce reporting discipline, and KPI achievement Build business plans, support strategic execution, and travel with RSMs to strengthen territory performance Support the successful transition to a refined territory model by providing clarity, structure, and leadership to your team. Establish clear expectations, accountability rhythms, and performance management standards Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quoting, Technical Support, Training, Sales Engineering, and Marketing Mentor your team through organizational change while building trust, clarity, and alignment Ensure revenue growth within priority vertical markets Support National Sales Meeting execution and other major sales initiatives Uphold a strong, transparent leadership presence that elevates team communication and performance Why Join Us? What You Bring to the Table: A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams Experience selling into our supporting multiple vertical markets such as healthcare, industrial, and education is strongly preferred. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce expertise Ability to drive execution, establish accountability, and implement structure Strategic thinking with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement Exceptional communication, situational awareness, and coaching ability Strong business planning and territory strategy experience Regular travel (Approximately 70-75%) to engage with Regional Sales Managers and support regional performance Driven, self-motivated leadership approach with an entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred Compensation & Details: Base Salary: $160,000 to 175,000 Bonus Structure: Annual performance bonus based on team revenue performance and Director leadership KPIs.
