Director of Finance - Fully Remote (US)

As WithMe's Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role reports to the CEO. This position will work remotely; however, there may be travel up to 10%, including overnights. This position offers equity in the company through stock options.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and directors to build and manage forecasts and budget.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze business profitability by product line and package offering
• Develop strategies to increase profitability and return on investment
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
• Provide financial advice and counsel to the CEO, COO, and other senior management.
• Manage a team of finance and accounting staff and outsourced resources.
• Implement and manage new financial reporting and FP&A software; develop and implement financial policies and plans.
• Other daily activities as required.

To Be Successful

The Director of Finance will be a self-starter and data-driven individual with prior experience in a fast-paced environment, and as such, qualified candidates will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in finance or accounting with financial planning and analysis experience; minimum of one (1) year managing staff.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely; ability to travel as needed.
