AI Summary

The Director of Field Product Management is responsible for defining and positioning the company's cybersecurity and advisory portfolio to align with market needs. They act as a critical bridge between technical teams and the go-to-market organization, ensuring effective product launches, sales enablement, and continuous solution education.

Role Mission

Halborn is progressively transforming its cybersecurity services into scalable, technology-enabled solutions delivered through the Halborn ONE platform. This includes Smart Contract Auditing, broader Web3/Web2 code review capabilities, and an expanding portfolio of advisory modules such as custody risk, stablecoin risk, compliance and other digital-asset security solutions. The Director, Field Product Management owns the market-facing definition, positioning, packaging and continuous evolution of this portfolio. Acting as the bridge between customers, GTM, Advisory and Halborn Lab, the role brings an outside-in perspective: translating customer needs, market developments and competitive dynamics into product priorities, solution design and roadmap input.

The Director also owns continuous solution education and certification across the GTM organization, ensuring that AEs, SDRs, CSMs and Advisory consultants understand what Halborn sells, why it matters and how to position it effectively.

1.Portfolio & Solution Management

Own the market-facing management of Halborn's solution portfolio across Halborn ONE, cybersecurity services and technology-enabled advisory offerings.

Define target customers, use cases, value propositions and business outcomes; ensure consistency across naming, positioning, packaging and messaging.

Identify opportunities to transform traditional services into repeatable, scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

Structure advisory offerings around a hybrid human + technology model, leveraging Halborn ONE wherever appropriate.

Recommend where offerings should be created, expanded, consolidated or retired.

The Director owns the commercial and customer-facing definition of the portfolio; Halborn Lab retains technology and engineering ownership.

Capture customer requirements, unmet needs, objections and buying criteria, and translate recurring patterns into product and solution requirements.

Establish structured feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success and Advisory.

Portfolio evolution should be driven by customer outcomes and market demand, not primarily by technology availability.

Translate recurring customer and field requirements into prioritized roadmap inputs.

Assess new modules based on market relevance, differentiation and revenue potential.

Challenge assumptions and recommend priority changes when evidence shifts.

Create structured learning paths covering Halborn ONE, SCA/Managed Solutions, Web2/Web3 security, custody, stablecoins, tokenization, DLT, financial-market infrastructure, compliance and new advisory modules.

Ensure the field can confidently explain what Halborn does, why customers need it and how Halborn differentiates.

8. GTM Center, Learning Platform & Onboarding

Work with Halborn Lab and HR to develop the Learning & Development component of the GTM Center portal.

Implement role-based learning architecture in the GTM Center and update modules as solutions change.

Introduce assessments, certifications and recertification, supported by gamification and engagement tracking.
