Job Summary:
As Director and Actuary on our ALM team, you will lead the organization's JFSA Economic Capital program, transforming economic capital from a regulatory requirement into a strategic business management capability. This role oversees economic capital governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while partnering across the enterprise and with our parent company, Meiji Yasuda to integrate risk and value insights into business strategy, performance management, capital allocation, and growth decisions. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation, the Director drives informed decision-making, enhances organizational understanding of risk, and advances the effective use of economic capital to create long-term value.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
Salary Range:
$147,750.00 - $236,000.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
