  • Manage and support the creation of SEO/AEO-focused blog content.
  • Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, short-form updates, email content, sales enablement content, and other marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and the sales team to turn technical topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar across blogs, social media, review platforms, and other channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with the company's messaging, tone, target audience, and revenue goals.

  • Support executive and company-level social media activity.
  • Track post performance and recommend improvements based on engagement data.

  • Help turn social engagement into sales follow-up opportunities where appropriate.

Review Platform & Reputation Management

  • Help manage review-generation activities on platforms such as G2, Google Reviews, and other relevant directories.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns to encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews.
  • Monitor review activity and help identify opportunities to improve public-facing credibility.
  • Ensure profiles are accurate, up to date, and aligned with company positioning.
  • Use customer reviews and testimonials to support marketing campaigns, website content, and sales enablement.

Marketing Operations & Process Improvement

  • Streamline recurring marketing activities and create repeatable processes for content publishing, SEO updates, social posting, review campaigns, and lead tracking.
  • Maintain organized documentation for marketing workflows, calendars, templates, and reporting.
  • Support campaign execution across digital channels.
  • Help improve efficiency by identifying tools, automations, or processes that reduce manual work.
  • Provide regular reporting on digital marketing performance, lead generation activity, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Comfortable using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring marketing tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working with technical or professional services content.
  • Self-starter who can build structure, improve processes, and execute consistently.
