**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Fundraising and Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online fundraising efforts, managing our digital presence, and effectively communicating our impact message across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role is commission-based, earning a percentage of the donations and funds driven to the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Digital Fundraising Management:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive online fundraising strategies using Google Ads, social media, and other digital platforms.

- Create and manage crowdfunding campaigns to maximize donations.

- Analyze and optimize fundraising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

2. **Google Ads and Social Media Management:**

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and donations.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and awareness.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

3. **Communications and Content Creation:**

- Craft compelling and culturally sensitive impact messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

- Create engaging content for newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.

- Maintain a consistent and authentic voice across all communication channels.

4. **Grant Writing and Proposal Development:**

- Research and identify potential grant opportunities.

- Write and submit grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and other grant-making organizations.

- Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

5. **Collaboration and Relationship Building:**

- Collaborate with the team to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities as needed.



- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of current experience in digital fundraising and using online platforms for non-profit organizations.

- Proven success in managing Google Ads and social media campaigns for fundraising purposes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

- Strong grant writing and proposal development experience.

- Openness to and appreciation of diverse cultures, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity in all communications.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.

- Passion for sustainable development and the mission of Sustainable Access Foundation.


This position is commission-based, earning a percentage of the donations and funds driven to the organization. Specific commission rates will be discussed during the interview process.
