Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM PHT (4 Hrs/Day; 20 Hrs/week)
Salary Package: Php 27,000–30,000


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL & CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital & Content Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong content creation and digital marketing skills who enjoys working across multiple platforms - from social media and websites to CRM and email automation.

You’ll follow the company’s marketing strategy -autonomously executing, creating, and optimising campaigns that build brand visibility, nurture leads, and support business growth.


Responsibilities as a Digital & Content Marketing Executive would be:

Content Creation & Management

• Draft, edit, and upload blogs to the website (SEO optimised).
• Create and design on brand marketing materials using Canva (e.g. social media posts, carousels, lead magnets).
• Develop funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets.

CRM & Email Marketing (Go High Level)

• Create, schedule, and send email campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
• Manage lists, analyse campaign performance, and provide reports.
• Assist with CRM workflows and pipeline updates.
Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Engage with posts, grow the network, and manage comments/interactions.
• Repurpose existing content into social posts or carousels.
Video & Website Updates

• Edit short videos for social media (splicing, captions, resizing).
• Update web pages for new content, corrections, or SEO improvements.
• Collaborate on page design and optimisation projects.


Qualifications as a Digital & Content Marketing Executive :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in marketing for professional and/or creative service–based businesses is a must.
• Experience with Go High Level CRM and Monday.com, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong British English (AU) writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop or other tools a plus).
• Basic video editing experience for short-form content (e.g., social, website clips).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
