What You Will Do:
As a Product Owner with the Customer Support Operations team (CS Ops), you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal customers, driving product improvements and advancing our digital product portfolio. You will define the strategic roadmap for one or several Power BI data products, which are tightly interwoven with our MS Dynamics platform and a pillar in the Commercial Engines data strategy. Your work will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal users and business teams.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products in Power BI, aligning with business objectives. Identify opportunities for the business to leverage our data products to create value and enhance decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements into actionable user stories.
Partner with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain product documentation, including standard work, training material, and information related to data governance.
Collaborate with MS Dynamics and various database management teams to delivery on product objectives.
Drive iterative improvements using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Maintain Agile tools including Jira, Confluence to monitor execution progress and support Program tracking. Analyze data to improve performance, communication and program performance.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with system-level activities.
Define impact of change and develop change management plans in collaboration with the business and CM lead.
Stay informed on Power BI, Fabric, and general data and analytics updates, trends, and best practices to maximize platform value.

Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 8 years of experience to include the following; Or an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience to include the following:
Experience in Product Ownership of a digital application, preferably related to data analytics and visualization
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking project progress and managing backlog
Experience working with or managing data visualizations
Ability to lead sessions that gather requirements from stakeholders and end users
Ability to write effective user stories for developers
Proficiency in analyzing user data, market research and performance metrics for making informed decisions

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
