Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Multi-Channel Communication: Assist Czech-speaking customers through phone, live chat, and email channels.
- Technical Problem Solving: Provide clear, user-friendly, step-by-step guidance to resolve issues with devices, applications, cloud services, subscriptions, and data synchronization.
- Customer Care: Listen intently to identify user needs while maintaining an exceptional level of patience, politeness, and professionalism.
- End-to-End Case Management: Own your support tickets from first contact to resolution, ensuring all promises are kept and escalating complex bugs to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Document comprehensive details of every customer interaction within our CRM database to maintain precise case histories.
- Paid Onboarding: Participate in a comprehensive, fully paid training program starting on your first day to master our products and internal tools.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- Czech Language: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2) in both spoken and written communication.
- English Language: Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency (B2/C1) for internal corporate communications and training materials.
- Tech Savviness: A specialized degree is not required, but you must be highly proficient in navigating smartphones, tablets, and desktop operating systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: A naturally positive and helpful communicator who enjoys problem-solving and assisting others.
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center, BPO environment, or technical support desk is an asset, but is not mandatory.
