Customer Service Representative – Collections & Accounts

Location: Remote LATAM (must work Eastern Time business hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Contractor

Compensation: $1,000- $1,500/month

About the role

• EXP Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our newly centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role owns day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts, working closely with Sales and Finance.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support
• Support vendor and customer onboarding
• Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds
• Process invoice adjustments
• Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and collections required
• Fluent English required, both written and spoken
• Able to work Eastern Time business hours
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence
