The (Function/Dept) Team: Dive into the world of Okta data insights as a CSP Cloud Operations! As a member of the CSP Cloud Desk Support Team, you will work with data in both AWS Systems and our Salesforce instance to drive informed decision-making and account accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize our sales makers’ experience and enhance overall business performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support a regional theater sales team in systems administration and related tasks.
• Leverage multiple AI tools to further refine and sharpen Operations reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to map accounts and provide pipeline updates.
• Review deal structure and provide operational support for Private Offer creation.
• Review and take ownership of support tickets from initiation through resolution.
• Complete deal tagging across multiple tools to ensure proper sales compensation.
• Monitor origination sources and associate them with the correct SFDC Opportunity.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years with the AWS Partner tools.
• Preference given for previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS Marketplace.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
