About the Role

If you love building smooth digital experiences and making event registration feel effortless, this role is right in your sweet spot. You’ll create and maintain web-based registration forms and apps that help meetings and events run seamlessly from the first click. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing technical know-how, client service, and sharp attention to detail. You’ll also get the chance to support teammates and help elevate how web registration gets done.

You’re Good At

• Building and updating web registration forms and pages using tools like HTML, JavaScript, and related web technologies in a fast-moving business environment
• Catching the small stuff, testing thoroughly, and making sure data is captured accurately before anything goes live
• Managing changing priorities, staying organized under deadlines, and owning your work from kickoff through completion
• Communicating clearly with clients, meeting managers, and internal teams to confirm updates, approvals, and next steps
• Staying solution-focused, working independently when needed, and jumping in to support teammates when priorities shift

You Might Also Have

• Experience with meetings, events, incentive programs, or participant registration workflows
• Familiarity with platforms like Cvent or CRS systems
• A background in a client-facing role where service, responsiveness, and professionalism matter
• Experience guiding or training others on web processes, tools, or best practices
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus strong skills in Microsoft Office

• This is a virtual position open to candidates located in the US. This role will follow the Eastern or Central time zone.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Web Registration Developer - Cvent  is between $60,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
