Task Talent Recruitment Ltd (Company No. 15839695) is a UK recruitment agency working with employers across a range of industries. As we grow our outreach function, we're looking for remote freelance contractors to help us build relationships with new businesses across the UK.

The Role

This is a commission-only contractor opportunity suited to someone with confidence in telesales, appointment setting or B2B business development. You'll research prospective organisations, reach out to decision-makers by phone, email or LinkedIn, and book qualified calls for our recruitment team. Contractors with recruitment sales experience have the option to progress to a full-cycle track, with a higher commission rate attached.

What the Work Looks Like

Day to day, you'll be identifying good-fit companies, opening conversations, qualifying interest, and securing appointments. All activity is logged in our CRM, and if you'd rather see things through end-to-end, you can take on full-cycle client relationships through to placement.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development, or B2B sales
  
• Recruitment background is a plus, though not essential
  
• Confident written and verbal communicator
  
• Self-motivated, comfortable working without close supervision
  
• Based in the UK, with a working knowledge of CTPS/PECR — or willingness to get up to speed

What You Could Earn

Earnings are performance-based, so they'll vary contractor to contractor — but as a rough guide, one placement a month at our lowest fee band typically translates to somewhere in the £950–£1,500 range, depending on whether you're appointment-setting or working full-cycle. More placements, or higher-fee roles, push that higher.
