Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide support to achieve their goals
  • Work with internal teams to develop and deliver on client campaigns
  • Conduct regular check-ins and provide status updates to clients
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the success of campaigns to clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and work with clients to develop new projects
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in client success or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in using HubSpot or any related CRM tools
