We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join our global team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about customer success, relationship building, and driving value for clients.

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will support a portfolio of approximately 75-100 clients utilizing one to two services, serving as their day-to-day operational contact. You will contribute to client satisfaction, product adoption, and retention while developing the skills and expertise needed to progress within the Client Success career path.

This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow into a successful Client Success career.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on requests and inquiries.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business objectives, service utilization, and success measures.
• Help drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention across your portfolio.
• Respond to client questions through appropriate communication channels, documenting all activities in customer service and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate client records and account information within Salesforce and other internal platforms.
• Educate clients on Safeguard Global's services, capabilities, and best practices to help maximize value and adoption.
• Identify potential growth and expansion opportunities and collaborate with your manager to pursue them.
• Capture meeting notes, follow-up actions, and key client insights to build and maintain account knowledge.
• Monitor client health indicators, service usage, and stakeholder sentiment to proactively identify retention risks.
• Escalate risks and concerns with clear documentation and recommendations.
• Execute recurring operational and administrative account tasks, including data updates, record maintenance, and case coordination.
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Care, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Contribute to portfolio growth goals through proactive client engagement and opportunity identification.

• Consistent and accurate CRM and documentation practices.
• Interest in learning account management, customer success, and global workforce solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated potential and ambition to grow into more advanced Client Success roles.

Preferred (Nice to have):

• Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, or other CRM platforms.
• Previous experience in customer support, customer success, operations, HR administration, payroll administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting global or multinational clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Recent graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
