Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for directing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of 3DGS USA. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership to support the company's growth, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. This role oversees all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, budgeting, compliance, risk management, investor relations, and corporate governance.

The CFO partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership to develop business strategies, evaluate investments, manage financial risks, and ensure financial integrity across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, growth initiatives, and strategic investments.
• Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  

Financial Management

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Monitor key financial metrics and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  

Treasury and Capital Management

• Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and working capital.
• Optimize cash management and liquidity planning.
• Evaluate financing options and capital structure to support business expansion.
  

Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and corporate governance practices.
• Lead enterprise risk management initiatives.
  

Business Operations

• Partner with operations, engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to improve financial performance.
• Support pricing strategies, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive decision-making.
  

Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive digital transformation and implementation of financial systems and automation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior executive finance role such as CFO, VP Finance, or Corporate Controller.
• Experience in technology, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, photonics, aerospace, or related high-tech industries preferred.
• Experience supporting rapidly growing companies and scaling operations.
  
• This position will require lawful access to ITAR/EAR controlled information, and employees in these roles will need to meet those requirements.  Requirements include US Citizenship, US Permanent Resident, or ability to meet contract-specific licensure requirements.
