Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Mid level LATAM)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to support business growth initiatives, client engagement activities, and strategic projects. This position combines lead generation, relationship management, sales support, and cross-functional project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
  
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-up activities with the revenue team.
  
• Manage prospect, client, and opportunity records in CRM systems.
  
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
  
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
  
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
  
• Coordinate special projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  
• Support executive communications and scheduling activities.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or a related role.
  
• ​Must reside in LATAM.
  
• Fluent written and spoken English.
  
• Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills.
  
• Experience conducting prospecting activities and managing sales pipelines.
  
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and communication.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  
• Experience in SaaS, technology services, staffing, recruiting, or consulting.
  
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
  
• Knowledge of outbound sales and email marketing best practices.
