The Lending Group CO is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the Aberdeen, NJ or Brooklyn, NY regions. This position is remote but requires you to be in either location or vicinity. Please only apply if you are in this geographical area. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales growth • Assess client needs and develop customized solutions utilizing the company's products and services • Research and analyze current market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product and service design • Manage and report on activities related to the development of business opportunities • Pursue leads and identify new opportunities to expand the business Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • US Work Authorization • In-depth knowledge of Loan Products and Programs • Knowledge of the Aberdeen, NJ, and Brooklyn, NY region and local business market Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
