Business Development Manager will grow Verifi Sales in North America, the role will develop relationships in new markets and with new customers driving opportunities and new customer sales. Will collaborate with Key Account Manager, Program Managers, Admix group (leveraging their relationships) all to open doors and opportunities that we have not been exploring.

Essential Functions:

  • Sales

  • Salesforce upkeep & maintenance

  • Industry events and tradeshows

  • Present territory analysis & updated opportunities to Commercial Director

  • Internal Growth w/ Existing Customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School or equivalent

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

  • Valid Driver's License

PRE FERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

  • Industry Related Sales Experience

  • Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete Industry

  • Quality Control Concrete

  • Experience in a Leadership or Management Role

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $120,000 to $130,000 per year, however the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $135,600 to $146,900. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
