The opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you'll be the commercial lead for a portfolio of distributor partners across the UK.
Rather than simply managing existing accounts, you'll work strategically with your partners to identify opportunities, develop growth plans, coach sales teams, and build long-term relationships that deliver sustainable revenue growth.
You'll have regular exposure to senior stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers, and work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure your partners have everything they need to succeed.

What you'll be doing

•  Lead and grow Vitalograph's Primary Care and Occupational Health distributor network across the UK.
•  Develop and execute individual partner growth strategies.
•  Build strong commercial relationships with distributor partners and senior stakeholders.
•  Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings.
•  Coach distributor sales teams through joint customer visits and sales training.
•  Deliver product and commercial training to partner teams.
•  Use market insight and sales data to uncover new opportunities.
•  Negotiate commercial agreements and joint business plans.
•  Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.
•  Travel across the UK to support partners and drive growth.

About you
You'll be a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys working with partners to achieve shared success.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Strategic Account Manager, Channel Manager, Partner Manager, or Senior Account Manager who is looking to broaden their commercial responsibilities and move into a role with greater strategic influence.
You'll bring:
•  A proven track record in B2B business development or strategic account management.
•  Consistent success against sales targets.
•  Experience managing distributor, channel, or long-term B2B partner relationships.
•  Strong commercial and strategic planning skills.
•  Confidence influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
•  Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
•  A coaching mindset with the ability to develop partner sales teams.
•  A data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and planning growth.
•  The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
•  A willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.

A degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, although full product and company training will be provided.

Join a company where your work matters

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine commercial success with meaningful work in healthcare. You'll join a collaborative, international organisation where your ideas are valued, your development is supported, and your contribution directly helps bring innovative respiratory solutions to more healthcare professionals and patients across the UK.
