As a Business Development Manager at Surge, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with our customers and non-customers alike. You'll work closely with our team to create long-term value through innovative collaborations and new market opportunities.
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with enterprise companies in the AI and machine learning sectors
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Surge's goals
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
Negotiate complex deals and partnerships that drive mutual value
Collaborate with internal teams and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure successful implementation of partnerships
Experience in business development or strategic partnerships in tech/AI, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate complex value propositions to C-level executives
Strategic thinker with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup; Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus
