We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/ Capture Coordinator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a remote role that will require occasional travel.
Salary: up to £31,000
HOURS OF WORK – Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours
The role sits at the heart of Amey’s Work Winning Process, supporting the transition from opportunity identification and selection into structured capture and bid delivery. The Capture Coordinator will work with the Business Development Manager to develop and maintain the Capture Plan, which will include client and competitor intelligence, win strategy, stakeholder mapping, and evidence base required to support gated decisions
The role will work collaboratively with Business Development, Bid Management, Operations, Commercial, Estimating, Legal, SMEs and Executive Sponsors to ensure that capture activity drives decisions rather than simply documenting them after the fact. This reflects Amey’s Work Winning principle that the process should support deliberate, proportionate and recorded decisions, and focus effort on the right opportunities at the right time with the right level of investment
