About the Role:
This business analyst role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the fintech and crypto  landscapes. Your mission will be to drive seamless business integrations with payment providers, KYC platforms, crypto-liquidity pools, and risk management systems. You will create and optimize business processes internally to support new integrations and services, ensuring that they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to both our customers and users.

Your Role:

• Develop and document business process regulations, identify performance criteria, and align them with the team and stakeholders
• Gather, systematize, and document business requirements in English for specific products or features
• Transform high-level ideas into detailed functional specifications
• Analyze and interpret documentation and APIs of third-party systems to create integration schemes
• Advise key partners and their support teams
• Monitor key metrics to refine and enhance existing internal processes

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ experience working with B2B or B2B2C products in fintech
• Communicative skills: structuring thoughts clearly and presenting them to the team
• Ability to challenge engineers and product managers to ensure that the solution has the best possible solution
• Ability to create and understand business process models (UML or BPMN notation)
• Competence in reading and understanding API documentation to facilitate integrations
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Well developed soft-skills for interviewing stakeholders and converting information into clear, actionable documents
• Capability to identify and address negative and rare scenarios in business processes
