Assist in the delivery of high-priority projects and initiatives, including Holiday execution. Create and maintain playbooks to streamline Markets business operations. Perform strategic data analysis for leadership to set strategic direction. Synthesize data and findings into presentations for senior leadership. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create compelling "stories" for discussions with senior leaders. Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity for effective cross-functional communication, including with executives. Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, business insights, or business operations, with a strong preference for an MBA.
