The Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Sales & Business Development team, supporting Parkopedia's global commercial operations through market intelligence, data analysis and AI-driven insights.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy, helping improve pipeline visibility, customer insights and revenue forecasting. You'll work closely with our global Account Managers, providing data-driven recommendations that support business growth and smarter decision-making.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse market trends, customer performance and mobility industry insights.

  • Research competitors and market developments using modern AI tools.

  • Support Account Managers with commercial insights and growth opportunities.

  • Monitor customer contracts, renewals, billing and revenue forecasts.

  • Analyse transaction data across parking, charging, fuel and tolling products.

  • Improve CRM data quality, reporting and pipeline visibility.

  • Produce regular commercial reporting to support business decision

What you'll bring:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience interpreting large datasets.

  • Experience using AI tools and modern analytics solutions to improve research, reporting and workflows.

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to business stakeholders.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
