Business AI Delivery Consultant

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Business AI Delivery Consultant on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in the India.

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Business AI Delivery Consultant to join our deployment team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases for enterprise clients, from requirement gathering through configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
  

• You will work closely with senior architects and forward deployed engineers to make sure each solution fits cleanly into the client’;s broader technology stack.
  

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases, from requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live.
  

• Build AI agents and multi-step workflows in Agent Builder, including prompts, actions, guardrails, and pre-launch simulation and testing.
  

• Set up knowledge pipelines: connect content and data sources, configure retrieval (RAG), and validate answer accuracy against agreed test sets.
  

• Build and manage integrations between the platform and enterprise systems such as contact-centre platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect), CRM and service platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow), and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) using REST APIs and webhooks.
  

• Conduct user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and tune agent behaviour before production release.
  

• Create clear technical documentation: solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks for client handover.
  

• Work with project managers to keep delivery milestones on time and within scope.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.
  

• Fresh graduates should hold relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications and show hands-on project experience with LLM applications or chatbots
  

• Working knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON), SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
  

• Understanding of LLM application patterns: prompt design, retrieval (RAG), agent workflows, and testing and evaluation of AI outputs.
  

• Experience with contact-centre, CRM, or enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage.
  

• Strong organisation and communication skills for client-facing delivery.
