We are a full service agency, providing: SEO, SEM, Web Development, and Marketing Automation services to both emerging Start-ups ($10M+ funding) and established Enterprises ($40B+).

Our clients have sales cycles somewhere between 3 months and 2 years, so our focus is on creating measurable downstream qualified leads and revenue for their sales teams via whichever channel and medium shows the best returns. Our engagements range from supplementing internal teams all the way to being an outsourced Demand Gen department entirely.


Position Summary

We are seeking a proven, results-driven individual with 3+ years’ experience to take the lead on new business. As the first true sales hire at a growing agency team members spread across the United States, you’d be working directly with the President on building out processes and eventually hiring and managing other team members. Since we only serve B2B clients, we’re looking for someone who has knowledge of the needs and sales processes B2B organizations often face.

Note: this is a remote position.


Responsibilities

  • Run discovery meetings with prospects to determine whether they’re a good fit to go further down the funnel
  • Create pitches, presentations and proposals that bridge the gap between our current services and an individual prospect’s needs
  • Collaborate and stay up to date with the team on our service offerings and capabilities
  • Follow-up with clients intermittently throughout their experience with the team
  • Improve and build out internal sales processes to facilitate the department’s growth
  • Eventually hire out and potentially manage new hires on the sales team


Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of professional experience selling in the digital agency space
  • Ability to self-educate based on the latest industry trends, news and thought leadership
  • General knowledge of various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
  • Experience closing prospects on complex projects and retainers
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate (this is a remote position)
