If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance Defense to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in the field and a commitment to providing top-notch legal support to our clients. This role will involve handling a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with our team, and advocating for our clients in a variety of insurance defense matters.

Job Details

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
4. Proven experience in discovery, drafting motions, and cross complaints.
5. Strong knowledge of litigation process and experience in managing a high-volume case load.
6. Experience in construction and premises liability is highly desirable.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
