CRM Sales is not only giving opportunities to do sales it also provides multidimensional learning opportunity as it includes Services (Patient Follow ups) technical expertise in Pacing therapy and certifications which is essential part of CRM, Market development and KOL Management.

CRM seeks collaborative candidates who are patient-centric, passionate, and who represent the same wide variety of life experiences as our patients. We are looking for a Sales Professionals to support the expansion of Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strong technical expertise and strategic sales planning, developing customized product and service solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets (AOP). 
  • Engage with Electrophysiologists and Interventional Cardiologists to promote Micra Leadless Pacemaker therapy. 
  • Conduct physician, patient, and therapy awareness programs to increase market adoption. 
  • Involvement in clinic discussion also opportunity to be present in OT/Cath Lab for supporting the case and managing KOL, Key Accounts and driving market development initiatives gives opportunity to drive business.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. 
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. 
  • Promotes and establishes company's products and/or services. 
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitor’s activities and analysis of total market and accounts. 
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. 
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.” 
  • Timely reporting as per BU requirement on sales data and completion of assigned training. 

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience*
  • Must have experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) OR Exposure to Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, or Structural Heart therapies.
  • Strong sales and key account management experience in medical devices.
  • Experience handling multi-state territories and diverse customer segments.  
  • Experience in cardiology preferably in Cardiac Rhythm Management devices or TAVI /TAVR/IMPELLA
  • Good communication skills and managing corporate and government accounts.
  • Candidate with IBHRE CCDS will be preferred.
