Job Summary
As an Appointment Setter at this growth-stage business, you will be the engine behind the lead generation efforts for high-street brands and nationwide enterprises. We aren't looking for "pitch-slappers" or script-readers; we need sophisticated communicators who can navigate complex B2B environments. You will be responsible for booking qualified sales meetings with Director-level stakeholders at large organisations, using a consultative approach to identify pain points and offer genuine value. If you are a cold-calling professional who enjoys the hunt and thrives on high-level conversation, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, maintaining a daily target of 180+ dials and 1.5 hours of talk time.
- Independently manage the end-to-end prospecting process, from identifying decision-makers to booking "Sat Qualified" meetings.
- Utilise modern sales techniques, including pattern interrupts and permission-based openers, to engage busy executives.
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or specific client criteria to ensure high-quality handovers.
- Research prospects using tools like Lusha or ZoomInfo to reach direct mobile lines and bypass gatekeepers.
- Maintain meticulous records of activity and call outcomes within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pure B2B cold calling with a proven track record of booking sales meetings.
- Experience selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise-level organisations (Director level and above).
- At least 2 years of direct experience in Telecoms lead generation.
- Expert-level objection handling skills and the ability to find "pain" rather than just pitching features.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
