We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join a high-performing recruiting team focused on attracting top Marketing talent. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, and play a key part in driving organizational growth by bringing exceptional talent into the business.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing positions from intake through onboarding

✅ Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and align on talent needs

✅ Conduct strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

✅ Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques

✅ Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, Compensation, and DE&I

✅ Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement

✅ Track and maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and time-to-start

✅ Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

✅ Participate in special projects related to employer branding, recruiting analytics, social media strategy, and process improvement

✅ Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience recruiting Marketing professionals
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven mindset

• Experience implementing Talent Acquisition best practices
• FinTech recruiting experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual and global teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional planning, organization, and project management abilities

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
