The Amazon Account Manager will oversee day-to-day management of Seller Central accounts, including listing optimization, advertising strategy, and inventory coordination. They are responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by analyzing marketplace data and implementing performance-driven initiatives.

We move quickly, challenge assumptions, and constantly look for better ways to grow. We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager who understands the Amazon ecosystem, knows how to turn data into action, and takes ownership of driving measurable marketplace performance.
Amazon is more than a sales channel. For many brands, it’s one of the most important drivers of revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.
As our Amazon Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Amazon accounts across our portfolio. You’ll oversee marketplace performance, listings, advertising, promotions, inventory coordination, reporting, and account health while continuously identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply maintain an Amazon account. You should be constantly asking: Where can we improve conversion? What’s hurting organic ranking? Which campaigns are wasting spend? Where are we losing margin? What can we test next?

Own day-to-day management of assigned Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Monitor account performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, inventory, and account health.
Manage product listings, variations, categories, pricing, and other catalog updates.
Troubleshoot listing suppressions, account issues, stranded inventory, and other marketplace problems.
Ensure accounts remain compliant with Amazon policies and marketplace requirements.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve organic visibility and conversion.
Identify opportunities to improve product detail pages and overall customer experience.
Coordinate with creative and copy teams to develop stronger listing assets.
Run ongoing tests and improvements based on marketplace performance.
Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Monitor budgets, bids, keywords, search terms, and campaign performance.
Improve advertising efficiency while supporting revenue growth.
Track metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and attributed sales.
Identify winning campaigns and opportunities to scale while reducing inefficient spend.
Develop strategies to increase Amazon revenue, market share, and profitability.
Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities across products, categories, and campaigns.
Plan promotions, coupons, deals, and other marketplace initiatives.
Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, reviews, and marketplace activity.
Balance revenue growth with advertising efficiency and contribution margin.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Monitor sell-through rates and identify potential stockout or overstock risks.
Support demand forecasting using historical performance, seasonality, promotions, and growth trends.
Help ensure inventory decisions align with advertising and sales strategies.
Build regular reports covering sales, advertising, profitability, inventory, and account health.
Translate Amazon data into clear recommendations and next steps.
Identify performance trends, problems, and growth opportunities before they become obvious.
Communicate results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and leadership.
Establish and track KPIs for each account.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, catalog management, account health, and listing optimization.
Proven experience growing Amazon revenue and improving marketplace performance.
Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously is strongly preferred.
Agency or multi-brand eCommerce experience is a major plus.
You understand how organic performance and paid advertising work together.
You’re comfortable building, analyzing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns and can explain exactly why you’re increasing spend, reducing bids, changing targeting, or restructuring a campaign.
You’re comfortable working with large amounts of marketplace data and turning it into decisions.
You understand metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, sessions, Buy Box percentage, organic ranking, and contribution margin.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are required. Experience with Amazon analytics and third-party marketplace tools is a plus.
You understand that growing revenue alone isn’t enough.

You can manage multiple products, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
You document your work, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders informed without needing to be chased for updates.
You don’t wait for someone to tell you an account is underperforming.
You notice the change, investigate the cause, develop a solution, and move quickly.
You enjoy testing new strategies, solving marketplace problems, and finding opportunities others might overlook. When Amazon changes something, your first instinct is to understand it and figure out how to use it to our advantage.
