AI Performance Video Designer

Our client is looking for an AI Performance Video Designer to join their team full time, working 100% remotely from Latin America. They are a fast-growing, venture-backed AI marketing technology company whose platform creates, launches and optimizes ads across the major social and search channels, and their customers have reported strong gains in return on ad spend over the past few years. This is a video-first role: the person in it owns paid-social video ads from the first idea to the final file, using AI visuals alongside classic editing craft.

The work spans polished, brand-appropriate performance creative for corporate and B2B clients as well as D2C consumer brands. Photorealistic AI-human ads, claymation, animation and mixed media are all part of the mix, and no one is expected to master every style.

Responsibilities

• Take each video ad personally from concept and hook through AI-generated visuals, editing, pacing, sound, captions and final delivery.
• Produce polished, on-brand performance video for both corporate/B2B and D2C consumer brands.
• Create in a range of styles, such as photorealistic AI-human ads, claymation, animation and mixed media.
• Support static ad design as a secondary part of the role.
• Deliver platform-ready cuts and formats for paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Use performance results and feedback to refine hooks and create new variations.
• Work closely with the client's growth and creative team on briefs, reviews and revisions.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of directly relevant experience producing English-language paid-social video ads.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creative taste and experience working with sophisticated brands.
• Hands-on experience creating video with AI visual and video generation tools.
• Ability to handle every stage of an ad alone: concept, hook, AI visuals, editing, pacing, sound, captions and delivery.
• A portfolio of personally produced video ads, including at least one AI-led ad.

Qualifications

• Proven, polished performance creative for corporate/B2B and D2C consumer brands.
• Static design skills as a supporting strength.
• Proficiency in a professional editing tool such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney or ElevenLabs.
• Experience in claymation, animation or mixed-media styles is a plus.
