The Role

You will be the primary owner of OffSec’s partner-led channel business across a ten-market territory spanning the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), North Africa (Egypt, Morocco), and the Eastern Mediterranean (Israel, Türkiye ). You will report into the Global Channel Program Lead and work closely with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

This is a single, unified mandate built around two go-to-market motions: a Learning Hub motion — recruiting established IT training companies and engaging government-led national cybersecurity and workforce initiatives (such as Israel’s National Cyber Directorate, Egypt’s ITIDA/Digital Egypt – Future Work is Digital, and Türkiye’s National Technology Initiative) — and a Resell overlay motion, driving standard channel partner resell revenue (Learn One / Learn Enterprise subscriptions) across the territory.

In the GCC specifically, this role is additive to, and closely coordinated with, OffSec’s existing Riyadh-based direct enterprise account executive motion. It does not replace or compete with direct coverage, and several named accounts (including Omantel, Tuwaiq Academy, and SITE) remain outside this role’s target and are managed separately.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a tiered network of resellers, distributors, and Learning Hub partners across the GCC, North Africa, Israel, and Türkiye

  • Building and managing “Learning Hub” relationships — both established IT training companies and government-led national cybersecurity/technology workforce initiatives (e.g., Saudi Arabia’s National Cybersecurity Academy, the UAE’s Cyber Security Council and TDRA, Qatar’s NCSA, Oman’s MTCIT, Bahrain’s Tamkeen, Israel’s National Cyber Directorate, Egypt’s ITIDA, Morocco’s DGSSI/Digital Development Agency, and Türkiye’s National Technology Initiative)

  • Driving a standard Channel Partner resell motion (Learn One / Learn Enterprise) as an overlay across the territory, working alongside existing direct coverage in the GCC where applicable

  • Driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue to agreed targets, split between the Learning Hub and Resell overlay motions

  • Executing joint go-to-market (GTM) plans and co-selling motions with strategic partners

  • Managing partner performance, tier progression, and business development fund (BDF) utilization

  • Coordinating closely with the Riyadh-based direct enterprise team on account mapping in the GCC, to keep the channel and direct motions conflict-free

  • Representing OffSec at regional industry events, partner summits, government engagements, and customer engagements

  • Working with channel marketing to localize content, campaigns, and partner enablement materials for Arabic-, English-, Turkish-, and Hebrew-speaking audiences as appropriate

  • Feeding market intelligence back to Global Channel and Product teams on competitor activity (e.g., SANS, EC-Council, ISC2, and regional training houses), buyer trends, and regulatory drivers (e.g., Saudi Arabia’s NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls, UAE information-assurance regulations, Qatar’s National Cyber Security Strategy, Türkiye’s KVKK, and Morocco’s DGSSI framework)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings a blend of channel sales expertise, cybersecurity market understanding, and regional cultural fluency. Specifically:

  • Proven track record building and growing a channel partner ecosystem across the GCC, North Africa, and/or Eastern Mediterranean, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or a related technology vertical

  • Experience recruiting and enabling new partners from scratch — both commercial resellers and “Learning Hub” style training or education partners — not just managing an inherited book

  • Comfortable operating a dual motion: commercially with private-sector resellers and distributors, and relationship-led with government national cybersecurity/workforce initiatives

  • Strong commercial acumen — able to build joint business plans, model partner economics, and hold partners accountable to revenue commitments

  • Ability to operate both strategically (partner segmentation, GTM planning) and tactically (deal registration, pipeline reviews, partner QBRs)

  • Arabic and English fluency required — Arabic covers the GCC and North Africa (Egypt in particular); English is the working business language across the GCC, Israel, and Türkiye. Turkish or Hebrew fluency is a differentiator, not a requirement, provided the candidate can operate through English-speaking counterparts in-market

  • Existing network of cybersecurity resellers, MSSPs, or training distributors/Learning Hubs across the GCC, Israel, Türkiye, or North Africa is highly desirable

  • Willingness to travel extensively across a large, multi-region territory

The Market Context

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build OffSec’s partner-led presence across four distinct, high-potential regions at exactly the right moment — with no incumbent channel to defend anywhere in the territory.

  • The GCC is a mature, well-funded cybersecurity market driven by national regulatory programs (Saudi Arabia’s NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls and National Cybersecurity Academy, the UAE’s Cyber Security Council, Qatar’s National Cyber Security Strategy, and equivalent frameworks in Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain). OffSec already has direct enterprise sales coverage here, but no dedicated partner-led channel layer has been built at scale.

  • In North Africa (Egypt and Morocco), a severe, well-documented cybersecurity talent shortage and rising regulatory attention are driving fast-growing local training demand off a low base.

  • Israel is one of the world’s most concentrated and sophisticated cybersecurity markets, where demand centers on continuous upskilling and certification rather than closing a fundamental skills gap.

  • Türkiye is a G20 economy of over 85 million people undergoing rapid digitalization, where its KVKK data protection law and expanding financial-services and telecom regulation are fuelling demand for certified security skills.

Across all four regions, the common thread is timing: demand is shifting from “aware” to “mandated” or “invested” faster than talent supply can keep up. The window is competitive but wide open for the right person to claim it.

Working conditions

This is a full-time position. Working hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office, ideally based in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) or Egypt (Cairo) to support time-zone, connectivity, and language requirements across the territory.
